mr_smith126
What do you think 2'' or 4'' stubby...? Edited August 15, 2014 by mr_smith126
GMballistic
I have a really short aerial, ..probably 2" at a guess so that's what I'd go for as I think it looks good plus my radio reception is fine with it. Not sure on the gold colour though. Your choice though.

mr_smith126
Yeh and before everyone says it, they're post-it notes.. it will be black! So the Perrin shorty's struggle with reception?? Anyone got one of those..?
WhackyWill
This is the one you want... http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/62006-350z-honda-rdx-stubby-massive-saving-13-delivered-huge-stock/
mr_smith126
This is the one you want... http://www.350z-uk.c...red-huge-stock/ Yeh but i'm not overly keen on the looks, bit plain, prefer the looks of the Perrin shorty's IF they work..
Tarmac@TarmacSportz
Perrin shortys are awesome, have one on my 86 along with about a hundred other members.. We found the 4" works best

brillomaster
4inch for me, the 2 inch looks silly IMO.

You really should stop presenting your opinion as cast iron fact, especially when you're wrong. It's simply not the only one that works.
GMballistic
Standard aerial that actually gets reception ftw. Pfftt I get reception fine on my 2". Anyway who'd want to listen to the radio all the time anyway as it is total cr*p nowadays ~ filled with useless adverts, stupid DJ's talking rubbish, songs repeated again & again... etc CD's for the win or better yet my 8gb USB loaded full of non stop tracks. Ekona
Truth. I only listen to the iPod these days, if I ever put music on at all.
The Seasider
If you want listen to AM (talk sport) only the OEM works for me of the three (inc 2 different stubbies) that I tried. If you only listen to cd or aux - go for the most aesthetically pleasing and keep the OEM for when you sell ;-)
Harro
Standard aerial that actually gets reception ftw. +1, fitted a cheapy eBay stubby, not for long....

I have had four different sh1t stubby aerials on my Zed and the only one that works ALL the time is the Honda CRX one, to be honest mate couldn't give a stuff what aerial you put on your car. I'm stating the fact the the Honda CRX works all the time I have had it on my Zed...!!! :scare: Lets have your suggestions then... :surrender: Edited August 17, 2014 by WhackyWill
mr_smith126
Interesting responses gents... So, no doubt, the Honda RDX stubby seems to get good feedback on reception.. However, 7inches in my eyes is too big for a stubby.. so far I'm up for the punt on a Perrin 4"..
