I spoke to Mark the service manager, very nice chap.

 

Ah yes, the guy directly responsible for NMGB stepping in twice when his actions were deemed inappropriate when dealing with my car. Lying, delaying work and then refusing to talk to people all included in his repertoire of fantastic customer support. Be warned. :boxing:

Yeah must be same guy!

 

I had a bit of a misunderstanding the first time round with them not adjusting the clutch as promised. But this year I went back & made a point about this before the service & they did it ok. But I suppose you never know from service to service ;)
