WhackyWill
Zmanalex does drive belts, do you know which belts they mean, probably best to change both PM Zmanalex
Ewen@Clark Motorsport
We have them in stock, the drive belt can deteriorate over time but they can be inspected visually, an easy job to change. We do a Gates belt for £28.99 for the 370Z
atkins2087
Not really sure! think they mean the alternator belt. does look a bit shredded tbh. Ok cool, do 350z and 370z use the same belt?? Cheers for the help guys

Ewen@Clark Motorsport
Just to clarify there is one drive belt on the 370Z and 350Z HR, the 350Z DE runs two
atkins2087
Ah got it, had a look and have 2 belts. (DE engine) both need changing tbh!
Ewen@Clark Motorsport
No problem, we do both gates belts for the DE for £29.95. New tensioner pulley nuts are £1.95 each if required
ZZZ_2306
Am I right in thinking that the 370 does not have a CAM BELT but a CAM CHAIN? If this is so then what other AUX belts exist?
Ewen@Clark Motorsport
The 350Z and 370Z run a timing chain not a belt, the aux belt runs the aircon, power steering and alternator. On the DE this is done by two belts, on the 350Z HR and 370Z its done by one Edited August 7, 2014 by Clark Motorsport

GMballistic
should any independent garage be able to fit the belts?? don't really feel confident doing it myself.. Yes. If they can't then they should really shut up shop and find a new profession.
