Grundy
It's mainly a kick in the backside for me to eat health. I have a @*!# diet. Sunday at 1 am I had two hotdogs. Monday at about 10/11 pm I had lasagne. Today I've had a red bull tea and monster and a big bag of blue m&ms So figured this will be a good motivation to eat healthier. My plan is to sort out my meals and just Stick to water for a month. I easily go trough 2ltr bottles of coke a day. #teamtarmac

WhackyWill
There's a great app for iPhone called "Your Ideal Weight" keeps track of your weight loss and produces a graph etc. Which you can post on here. Grundy not fat, just big boned...

Paddy78
Grundy, unless you've put on some serious timber since May, then you are going to lose a straight weight loss challenge. Might be better to do a percentage loss... assuming that StevoD has been on the pies and isn't also a spikey haired greyhound!
