Ekona
Very surprising almost 4 350z's to 1 370z ratio sold especially 370z is in it's 6th year on sale almost the same time frame the 350z was on sale. This will help 370z resale value down the line massively. Unlikely. I cannot think of any reasonable car that sold less than it's predecessor, that then held up better in value. The closest I can think of recently is the MR2, as the mk2 was massively popular and the mk3 much less so: Prices of good mk3s are still dropping, decent mk2s are firming up. If a car is unpopular, it's unlikely to have great residuals unless it was either limited or unusual in some way. As good as the 370 is, I wouldn't class it as either of those. Cue a whole bunch of other examples proving me wrong!
