Gudzy
Do the pedal dance to read the code and then clear it.

nissanjuke
pedal dance didn't work, tried disconnecting positive from battery-no work, tried 10 mins disconnection of negative -no work any other idea ?????
Floydbax
Could be the hairspring in the steering wheel, that was my problem. Something to bear in mind if you have checked everything else - the old Sherlock Holmes thing, once you have eliminated the obvious etc...... (It can be an intermittent problem if it is broken but it does need fixing - it's not too difficult).
Gudzy
Buy a code reader or see if anyone has one to you locally that you could borrow. The pedal dance will work but it does take some skill and a few trys, hence why I ended up buying a code reader...

samsniss350z
If you use your phone to record when you do the pedal dance you can play it back and count the flashes of the lights which will give you the fault code.
nissanjuke
just bought a code reader £10.00 off ebay. I will use it anyway and at £10.00 well cheap. easer than doing the pedal dance. thanks guys
spursmaddave
Pedal dance is easy if you use your phone as a stopwatch and then record the code
