cmr1991
I imagine people are bidding on it that are not from the forum, believe it or not they are out there! Its not mine, I'm just showing it to the folks on here that may be interested Edit : Also standard plenums got for roughly 90-120ish, so if they got it for 140 and sold there old one for 90. they are getting it cheaper. KyleR
I've seen standard ones go for under £50 and this ones at silly money now, especially since the finish isn't that great.

Ricey
2 days I was at it. I got a 'reasonable' finish and used approximately 30 quid of discs and assorted other crap. If someone's doing it for 95 quid I say it's superb value.

cmr1991
£142 it sold for!! Edited July 21, 2014 by cmr1991
Lee D T
You must sand & polish the plenums you sell for the love of doing it, at £95 on an exchange basis it is a fantastic price for the effort you have to put in to get a good finish. The item on Ebay was mine, I originally polished one for myself and then decided to do another and logged the hours put in. It took me just over 16 hours! At my standard hourly rate at work I should have charged around £296, as this was in my spare time it could have cost me a lot more as an overtime rate. It has sold for £142 so it works out to a similar price as yours as it cost me £40 to buy the plenum. I have one more to do but that is going to the powder coaters tomorrow Instead. My plenum polishing days are over.
