Shades Rs
Hi all I've been searching everywhere for the 2 VCT sensors on the top front of the engine just below engine cover. Both these are damaged on mine so ideally looking for anyone who has spares or a duff engine lying around. I've been in touch with Clark Motorsport and ZMANALEX but no joy. I've heard of the ZedShed on here can anyone point me in the right direction on here. Many thanks, appreciate any help. Cheers Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
MITZ@CougarStore
I think we may have the green available as a used item...
GMballistic
May be worth trying R35LEE if you haven't already. Link: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/63996-2004-350z-breaking-all-parts/
Keyser
I'm afraid we at the Zed Shed have no spares for your engine if it was a DE we have loads

Ekona
How much are they from Nissan?
Ewen@Clark Motorsport
Nissan will only supply them with the complete VCT unit Dan, so around £800 + VAT each!

Ewen@Clark Motorsport
Pretty shocking really as they simply unbolt from the units

Shades Rs
Famous last words from Clark Motorsport this afternoon: After checking with Nissan unbelievably they will not sell the sensors on their own they only supply the complete VCT units complete they are circa £850 each + VAT I would try a wanted ad on the forum, its VCT sensors from a DE Rev Up you are looking for, I wouldn't mention the cost of the units new though might cause people to inflate the price This has just made me lol.. GMballistic
Good news ~ hope they didn't cost you too much.
Shades Rs
Pre-owned £66 delivered, although after payment was made I had an email through from a company saying they could supply them for £90 delivered. So Good for future reference if any members need any as I started to panic in the end. Just hope they turn up now Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
GMballistic
Doesn't sound too bad ~ definitely better than what Nissan would have charged you.
Shades Rs
I'm chuffed with that to be honest, I was contemplating on buying a rev up engine, removing sensors and selling on. But luckily got there in the end Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Shades Rs
Just found out that these aren't actual sensors but just plastic connectors on rubber "o" rings. Was hoping to have them today but they haven't been despatched as yet :-( Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Shades Rs
The expensive bits of plastic have arrived, so chuffed to say the least! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Edited July 19, 2014 by Shades Rs
