Baidan
Not sure if standard all 70's or not, but its bloody brilliant how it records and stores any cd's you put in saves cluttering the car up, plus I love flicking through all the music previous owners have listened to a real eclectic mix from beetles and pink floyd, classical to punk rock! some of which I would have never listed too if it hadn't been for the car, it's like a musical journey through the cars life...😠
spursmaddave
Or you could just get an iPod and take it with you too Not really anything new though, my 2007 plate Seat Leon had a HD in it, I left all my music on there for Darren-B

Ekona
I don't bother with lossless in the cars, stereo quality isn't worth it.

Ekona
Makes sense, mine's at 128 too. I can tell the difference between the two in the 911, but it's so minor that I figure I'd rather have all the music on there than some at a high bit rate. spursmaddave
Mine's 5.1 too, with a digital TV tuner Well a waste if you are playing music at 128 but each to their own I don't have much of a soundtrack to listen to from either end of the car
Randy_Baton
I just keep 2 160gb ipod classics in the car. 2! I only have the one and all my music is lossless Itunes is currently at 22k songs!!! One has all my music that's under 30 minutes in length and the other has all my mixtapes on it. Also need one for whilst the other one is charging in the car or syncing back at home. I don't play and charge because of the high pitch whine, fixing that looked too complicated!
