More speaker advice please

Decided its time to change the speakers and sub in the 350, happy with the Pioneer Sat Nav head unit, just need to improve the sound quality.

 

Currently looking at either:

 

Hertz Dieci dsk 165.3 (had these previously and loved the sound of them in my MR2)

or

JBL MS-62C - Which seem to get a very high rating for sound, quality, etc

 

 

So throw myself to the lions and see if anyone has any first hand experience in either these two.

 

Any comments would be very much appreciated.
