Arran
Morning all Fitted my oil catch tank before the ring trip but the hosing I had was not up to the task at all, you could hear the vacuum inside the hosing and as soon as you squeezed the hose it would stay closed. I reckon I need a stronger reinforced hose. What are you guys with catch tanks using? Preferably id like blue hosing but could go clear if needed Cheers Arran

Tricky-Ricky
The breather hose if its not very rigid will collapse at idle as this is where there is the strongest vacuum, it will reduce with RPM. http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_trksid=p2050601.m570.l1313.TR0.TRC0.H0.Xstainless+braided+hose&_nkw=stainless+braided+hose&_sacat=0&_from=R40
Arran
Wonder if the samco stuff will do the trick if its like my intake hose from samco then I should be more than up to the job. Fuel hose is a good idea though

Fuel hose is a good idea though I bought Gates fuel/oil hose. Doesn't come in pretty colours but it's tough stuff. Hooch
Was looking at getting that oil catch can myself http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/small-oil-catch-tank-can-Nissan-Skyline-200sx-Silvia-R32-R33-R34-350z-370z-/151332294888?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item233c1b90e8 Is there any real benefit on a n/a 350z? You may find this a useful read; http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/58175-oil-catch-can-tested-and-proven/ Don't think it's massively beneficial on an n/a set up but it can't hurt. Graham (glrnet) has one on his n/a Zed so maybe ask him.
