H5
That's typical. And did it stay that way or did they give in?
Chesterfield
Its a riveting read: Sorry, you are not permitted to use this board Ahh, I remember now, Im persona non grata I think if I remember correctly it was put down to very excessive oil usage in the 06 model engine. I thought Nissan replaced the engine, but on reading the above, I must be wrong. Nothing to do with the 06 engine using too much oil etc, it had to be the pulleys... Way to look after the customers. H5
In all this I've forgotten about what it is and how much. I might have to think about a change now.......

pyro
Yup. VQs are quite expensive. As is their rebuilding and fitting, when Nissan GB use a chisel to remove your front cover. Oh, its got an OEM crank pulley, now.
Chesterfield
£19k for a GT4 seems good to me, new engine or not. Paintsheild from new is a bonus too. Wish the previous owner of mine had installed it.
Guest prescience
I agree What went before, went before and is now all over and done with, having had a complete new engine. Is the mileage, the total mileage or just on the new motor? [Edit, Just answered my own question , <1000 miles on new motor]
Digsy
That's the history sorted. If anyone wants to question Pyro further no doubt he will be happy to deal by PM. He's been upfront about the new engine and the price looks very sweet so lets not clutter his for sale thread further. Thanks.
