Rollcage

What good bolt-in cages are out there for the 350z?

Ideally looking for a rear half cage that bolts in with harness bar/mounts. The plan is to remove all the plastic and metal behind the seats, as well as the rear strut brace and hopefully be able to use the space for a spare set of wheels.

If you cut all the metal out, you can get 6 18's with tyres on in the boot with the strut brace still intact :)

Tarmac sells the cusco one and customcages.Co.UK do a range of weld in ones including where they post you the cage in kit form and you then get a welder of your choosing to assemble it for you :) . One of the best cage companies in the UK are nickson motorsport who will make anything to your requirements. They're not too expensive either.

Yep I second what Matt says :)

Mine's a custom cage with a few bits added on. Jason at Clark Customs might be able to help too.

Getting rid of all that stuff in the back makes soooo much room

Thats a fair old amount of space :)

Pffft, ..djtimo's removed more than that. ;):D

I use mine to get to work! I can't go too mental! (when it has a clutch anyway :( :( :( )

Have a good read through here as well Graham as Djtimo has stripped out loads from his awesome Zed; http://www.350z-uk.c...eekend-project/

Thread is full of pictures and great little tips. ;)

Would love to, but I dont get pictures, just an error saying bandwidth has been used.

I cut a lot of custom cages stuff for them on our Tube Laser.

Never know what product for what car I'm making though as its just 3D computer files of lots of tubes and plates LOL.

Nice! Shame you cant find the 350z half cage in there.....
