Neilp
I have a cusco bolt in cage and it was a nightmare to install. The cost of the cage to import these days is crazy! Tarmac what cage do you have available?
philw99
I'll be having that install fun soon. Tips I've had so far loosely place in the screws and jack up the car one side. Seats in or take them out? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

philw99
Today's job between working, order the eyelet bolts! No idea what I'm getting yet. Want something that screws into the existing seabelt mount at the bottom. No idea about the other side yet
philw99
I've got a five point harness. so think I'm going to order six eyebolts and four harness plates. just not sure I'm happy about the drilling my z bit also not sure if the eyebolts will screw back the original seatbelt mount. Also don't want the eyebolts to get in the way of the seat movement....
AliveBoy
eyebolts will screw into the OEM holes, if you do it right, you can keep the oem seatbelts in too
philw99
Cool so you think something like this will do the trick? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/DB-420-OMP-RACING-HARNESS-EYEBOLT-7-16-FOR-SNAP-HOOK-HARNESS-FIA-APPROVED-/351012726321?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item51b9fd2631 or do I need the longer ones? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/LONG-Length-Harness-Eyebolt-UNF-Eye-Bolt-RACE-RALLY-/290883343918?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item43b9ff962e Thanks That takes care of
AliveBoy
I'd go here, cheaper prices http://www.driftworks.com/harness-eyebolt.html
philw99
Got some locally, when I'd seen them went for longer ones. Probably not necessary as they screw in loads.

philw99
All done, happy with the results not 100% perfect, would need new seats for that.
ZonixX
stunning install, very inspirational just a curious question, will the harness bar interfere with a deployed curtain/side airbags in case of an accident?
philw99
Good question, 99% sure it wouldn't as it's too far back in the car. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
