scottiboy
Picked up my Nissan 350z GT in Azure Blue last week... The car already came with lots of nice extra's, lovingly fitted by a very kind former owner, such as... -. Facelifted 2006> Front Bumper, De-Badged and Smoothed -. Facelifted 2007> Front Bonnet with Bulge -. Facelifted 2006> Rear LED Lights -. Miltek Cat Back Exhaust -. Stubby Aerial -. OEM Tonneau Cover I am over the moon with the condition of the car and all the extra's it came with. Just a few pictures after a quick wash in 'sunny' Glasgow So far I have added..... OEM Bluetooth... 'Z' Boot Cover... Up next.... -. Contemplating some Wheel Spacers -. OEM Rear Badge or 'Z' Badge Also preying for a nice dry day to give the car a nice detail. ..Scotty..

GMballistic
Very nice Scotty. One thing I'd recommend is a set of silver/chrome front indicator bulbs. Will get rid of that orange reflection in the headlamps.
mattross1313
Great example matey, definately keep contemplating the wheel spacers. They make such a difference
pjf1985
Very nice car in the best colour! I would definitely plan on getting spacers if you're keeping your Rays. I was going to but am changing my wheels anyway. Any other plans?

Aye, where do you get these? I was having a Google the other day trying to find the correct bulb spec of Rev-up headlights. I believe the Philips version are the once to have.. Aye, where do you get these? I was having a Google the other day trying to find the correct bulb spec of Rev-up headlights. I believe the Philips version are the once to have.. My cars an earlier one then your's but I believe we have the same front indicator bulbs. Should be T20 wedge bulbs. Link: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/61926-definitive-bulb-replacementfitment-list-help-pls/ I got mine off eBay which work really well and look great. Obviously they aren't quite as bright as the standard bulbs but light up enough to be legal & work great at night. These are similar to the one's I bought (different seller though): http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SILVATEC-Chrome-Silver-Indicator-Bulbs-T20-Capless-WEDGE-BU582-PAIR-of-Bulbs-/161239759609?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item258aa37af9 I would imagine though as you say the Philips ones will be better quality but I couldn't find any T20 style silver automotive bulbs? Hope that helps anyway.

scottiboy
Few little jobs... First up a new rear 'Z' badge. The car came with a Black 'Z' badge that had been put on upside down... The black was not to my taste so I replaced it with.... ....a nice Chrome 'Z' badge from Asad. May I extend a huge thanks to Asad, absolutely superb service. Badge looks fantastic, very helpful and mega quick delivery - first class service. Next up, my cubby box has been loose since I bought the car - these little things not being correct annoy me... Extended this little clip back slightly and clipped it back in to place - fitting perfectly again. Next up.... -. 20mm spacers I am awaiting delivery from another forum member -. My private plate going on with shorter U.S spec front plate holder ..Scotty..

mattross1313
Nice updates, interested to see the US done plate, something I've always toyed with. Which US plate holder are you going to run?
scottiboy
Couple of nice deliveries today... First up my U.S Front Number Plate Plinth. I know a lot of forum members choose to ditch the front plate plinth all together, though I prefer the look of the car with it. However my private plate shall be going on the car shortly and it is a shorter plate, meaning I required a shorter plate plinth. I contemplated butchering the OEM long plinth and mustering up something, however having seen that there is a OEM U.S Plinth available I got one on order.... Many thanks to ZMANALEX for this, superb service, superb communication, superbly packaged and next day delivery!! Thanks Alex. Plan was now to modify this slightly so make it a little neater..... 15mins with the hand saw I then had this.... still not quite finished, another few mm will be trimmed of tomorrow then some sanding down at the rough edges, it's getting there though! Eagle eyed users may have spotted my 2nd delivery above aswell...... 20mm Eibach Spacers! Just one set for the moment which will be going on the front, however going to try one on the rear to help me decide between 20mm or 25mm on the rear. Next up with be rear spacers 20/25mm, if anyone has any for sale keep me posted then once all spacers are on I shall get a full Wheel Alignment completed Thanks for looking as always ..Scotty..
GMballistic
Good little mod Scotty. I like my number plate plinth but I think we're in a minority group on that one.

scottiboy
Not updated in a while - no major updates really...... Fitted my slightly modified U.S Plate Holder and put my Private Plate on... Before.... After.... Really happy with the results - I wanted a kind of OEM look! Also decided to stick with a full length plate for the rear, trialed a short one however with the rear recess on the 350z I really preferred the full length look. Next up....bit of pic overload here so apologies in advance. Took the 350 on its first roadtrip in my ownership, a trip up to Campbeltown - a fantastic drive with some epic roads, would full recommend it to anyone. My trip took me past Luss, Inveraray, Lochgilphead, Tarbert and finally to my destination...Campbeltown. Here are some pictures along the way... Arrived at Living Quarters... It was an epic trip and the 350 performed superbly. It was my first proper trip in the car and I can certainly see why those two little letters...GT...are at the end of this cars name, it really feels like a proper grand tourer. ..Scotty..
