Dicky
Just a thought but when should you change these plugs. I understand it depends on different factors but for a car doing about 8k/yr and driven sensibly would you recon 30k is fair ?

Dicky
Cheers Grundy225 that's useful info. Do you think the iridium plugs should be that in the same way as standard plugs? I understand they are a harder material so was wondering if this extends their life
Grundy
No idea I'm afraid, you're talking to a guy who bought full service supplies, and the Plugs had been changed 6months before so the Zed shed had a nice present. How long ago was the last change?

True but I like to check the condition of my plugs a bit more often than 30+K so may as well change them for the sake of a tenner, also because I come from turbo cars I shy away from iridiums anyway because they don't hold up to det very well.

How long ago was the last change? Changed 2011 so have done approx 24K. think I might do the change at 30K cos it sounds about right. Thanks for yours and everyone' else's input.
