TiN TiN
Thinking about getting a K&N panel filter in my car as it made a big difference to the noise in my RX8. Anyone tried it on a zed? Does it make much difference to the noise/power? Anyone happen to have a comparison video?
Tomb
In short not really .. I have a K&N and it's fine, I didn't notice much difference in noise or performance, if there was some it was negligable. Most people recommend a dry panel filter over a oiled one. Take a look at the cosworth or HKS alternatives. Tom.
DoogyRev
You will get better results from aftermarket panel filters if you put your car on a dyn0, K&N are pretty popular along with cosworth ones. if you want more noise get a Pop Charger . . but sacrafice power
:RedZed:
I've got K&N panel filters, can't hear them. I love induction noise so will look to get a cone setup at some point.
Rock_Steady
I've got a Pipercross dry panel filter. I think I have got a slightly better throttle response but then again it could just be the placebo effect.
