sam350z2013
Hi all, Wondering if anyone thinks this is a good price for a zed: £5000, gt coupe, black, orange/tan leather, 88k miles? Only problem I noticed from looking is the aerial had snapped off... Thanks
Rocky4510
Good price as long as it's been looked after, I paid £5k for mine, just check for corrosion underneath/any advisories on the last mot/clutch slipping etc.. I would say if it needs less than £1ks worth of fixing up then it's a good buy . Also hpi check it Adam *edit: also UK models tend to go for a bit more money, so if it's an import then I wouldn't be so kean paying that much Edited February 28, 2014 by Rocky4510
WhackyWill
You will probably be changing the aerial anyway for a stubby, good price if it all checks out, Look on here for a guide to buying a Zed, use the search facility will tell you all to look out for.. sam350z2013
Thanks for the replies ppl .. Completely forgot to add the year, it's a 53 plate. Is the aerial replaceable ? As it looks snapped off where u can't twist it off anymore (pic below) ?
EvansJD2112
I managed to snap mine while cleaning the rear window! I cut a small groove in the top of the aerial with a hacksaw and used a scrwedriver to just unscrew the left over base. Then, get youself a Honda RDX stubby to replace it.
BillyZed
5k seems fair to me, sold my 53 plate import for £5250 with 79k on the clock

True, but you just plug n go...literally 😄 ...It'll be worthwhile buy, think they are like £15 on eBay and will give you peace of mind. It's like a USB port on the bottom right hand of the steering wheel.

Sam Mcgoo
Sounds cheap for a black, UK GT with rays etc... If I was in the market and nothing is wrong I'd be very tempted with it.
sam350z2013
Thanks for all the replies. Will use the advice on here 👠Are there any other ways to check the engine to see if it's in 100% condition as worried as it's a bit high mileage with being 88k? Thanks .
