GIXXERUK
Looks a different car, shines well and gets dirty just as well mine is black At least it's rewarding to clean though
Humpy
Kuro's look awesome once polished and dusk I bought my Clio 182 with 16 miles on the clock. Drove her back home and thought I would have another look at the engine bay etc and once finished closed the bonnet exactly like I had always done with all my previous cars.... ended up with a hand printed shaped dent on the bonnet. I could of cried
Mopedmark
It comes to something when the Zed is just a second car, just about making a small appearance in a picture of the runaround you have done a good cleanup there though mate can't wait to get these parts all made up for us and of course forum members

14N
Mines not dented, but I half expect it to each time I close it! It's so flimsy! The plastic wings just make me chuckle. I can't help tapping them with my knuckle. Bodywork shouldn't make that sound! (Unless you've got a smart car)

14N
!!!Sentimental post warning!!! I think sometimes we may all take for granted just how awesome this forum and Zed community is. I joined the (read that THE) Cliosport forum 3 days ago, as it seemed to be the place for all things Clio 172/182. I posted an intro message, just like many newbies to this site do. I introduced myself, mentioned what type of Cliuo I'd bought, along with some pics, said I looked forward to becoming part of the community and contributing to the forum blah blah blah, you get the idea. So far my post has had 90 views and 2 people have resplied and said welcome. That's not a typo, that's TWO! That just would not happen here and is why I guess so many folk stick around after moving on from their own Zed. Being part of this forum and community is a substantial additional bonus that just adds to the pleasure of owning a Zed. Such a shame other car owners and forums don't share our awesome-ness. Cheers guys EDIT: Oh, and another thing, to gain full access to the site (so access to all the guides and classifieds etc), you must PAY to become a full member. It's only £12, but still.... Another reason we are awesome Edited February 21, 2014 by 14N
coldel
Not uncommon for car forums to charge, some charge to send PMs, others to access parts of the forum...makes you realise how lucky we are here

Suits
Like all forums really, unless you're one of the 'in' crowd and want to be, the places can be quite lonely.
14N
OK, as i had a spare hour before it went dark, I thought I'd take a leap back to my yoof, I decided to dig an old pair of 6x9's out the loft and make me a sleath shelf. For those not familiar with a stealth shelf, here's what's involved: Cut some holes for your speakers in a piece of MDF and cover one side with acoustic carpet. Using the MDF as a template, cut two holes in your parcel shelf: You may notice that this isn't the neatest of jobs , but the best thing is, it doesn't matter! Then screw the MDF to the underside of the parcel shelf. Then cover the top of the shelf with acoustic carpet and mount your speakers to the underside. All that's left to do now is refit the shelf, wire up the speakers and then go kroozin' down the local Maccy Dee's innit. Safe.
