Lexx Posted February 7, 2014 Posted February 7, 2014 Whilst taking off my old exhaust system, this is the repair I found a previous owner had made to one of the back boxes.... 5 Quote
Paddy78 Posted February 7, 2014 Posted February 7, 2014 Wow! I assume that it can only improve the flow? I might get one for my Nismo. Quote
Ekona Posted February 7, 2014 Posted February 7, 2014 Genius! I remember when we converted my mate Stu's MR2 to turbo, and discovered near the end that we were missing a crucial bit of pipe that connected to the turbo. Two rubber couplings, four jubilee clips and half a can of WD40 and we were back on track, stayed like that for three years 1 Quote
GMballistic Posted February 7, 2014 Posted February 7, 2014 Ok when I was 16 I worked for a short time at a second hand car dealers ~ we had a p/x Ford Orion come in that needed a new exhaust back box because there was no tail pipe on it. Not wanting to spend cash on the car the mechanic was told by the boss to just weld on a cut off section of drain pipe from the porter cabin. It looked like a "Big bore 4" (for those of you that know what that is) but must have done the job as someone bought the car a few weeks later. 2 Quote
