delz0r
OK, this is my second build thread. After someone crashing into my Yellow GT4, I went and bought a 2008 Twilight Grey 350Z with the awesome HR engine. Bought standard January 2014 with ~23,000/~37,000KM Miles on the clock. First stop was a good clean. I picked up some fresh number plates as the originals looked tired. Added LED bulbs all round( Interior, license plate bulbs, sidelights) HKS SuperHybrid Panel Filter 01/2014 Sony XAV601BT Head Unit + Reversing Camera Installed. 02/2014 Nismo Titanium Gear Knob 380RS Accelerator Pedal 04/2014 Massive Service and brake upgrade. - Motul 8100 Engine Oil - K&N Oil Filter - Denso Iridium Spark Plugs - Genuine Nissan Manual Gearbox fluid - Diff. fluid (Viscous) VLSD Genuine Nissan - PAS fluid Genuine Nissan - Brake fluid Motul RBF 600 - Clutch fluid Motul RBF 600 - Full coolant change - Bosch Aerotwin - Ferrodo DS2500 Pads, front and rear. - Hosetechnik SS brake and clutch lines. Full Exterior Detail - Fully decontaminated - Clay Barred - Polished using EP801 rotary with 3M pads and Menzerna Polishes - Sealed with Carlack Long Life Sealant - Waxed with Victoria Concours Wax 05/2014 Wheels refurbed - Slightly brighter than OEM with added metallic flake. 08/2014 4 Wheel alignment done. 2 x Michelin Pilot Super Sports for rear. Very impressed with these tyres: - Reduced tyre roar over the Potenza RE50As - Amazing grip even in the wet - They look great I've been keeping the protection topped up with Victoria Collectors Wax since the detail and it's still looking great. 01/2015 OK so I've had this car a year now. Still loving it and just dropped another €1809 for another years tax. - Bonnet dampers fitted - Winter protection detail in November - P1 service in December - Amber reflectors replaced with clear Edited January 2, 2015 by delz0r

hensh65
Did your HR come with the GT4 wheels or did you nab them before you got rid of it?
delz0r
Did your HR come with the GT4 wheels or did you nab them before you got rid of it? These wheels came as standard on Irish 350Zs 2006+.
Jp606
Looking good. What are your plans for it? Definitely the fastest colour and engined Z Edited February 4, 2014 by Jp606
delz0r
Looking good. What are your plans for it? Definitely the fastest colour and engined Z Definitely . I'm not planning anything major but I've plenty on the list already. Change all fluids and do the spark plugs in the next 3 months. Machine polish to remove swirls when the weather picks up. Fix rattle in the boot area, it appears to be from a broken clip on the boot hatch trim. Tint rear quarter windows and possibly tint the orange front reflectors. I have an Invidia Gemini sitting in the garage that I bought for the GT4 but never around to fitting it. Braided brake lines and Ferrodo DS2500 pads. Nismo Titanium gear knob. 380RS Accelerator Pedal. Edited February 4, 2014 by delz0r

Steely
Very nice, looks brand new! Does the 380RS Accelerator Pedal bring it to the same level as the break pedal?
delz0r
Very nice, looks brand new! Does the 380RS Accelerator Pedal bring it to the same level as the break pedal? Thanks dude. No, it doesn't affect the height of the pedal. It feels more solid because it's wider and obviously its way easier to heel toe. I'd definitely recommend it, great cheap upgrade!
