Guys,

As you've seen on my build thread, I'll be purchasing a GoPro mount for my 370z.

This is the kit:

PTUNING Front GoPro camera mouning kit contains the components necessary to mount a GoPro (Hero, Hero2, Hero3) camera to your vehicle's front factory tow bolt location. This hard-mounted solution is an alternative to the suction cup-style mount.

Contents:

(qty 1) PTUNING Front Tow Bolt (1018)(Black Zinc Plated)

(qty 1) Adaptor Bolt M24 socket head (Black Zinc Plated)

(qty 1) Composite M8 x 8mm Male Threaded Post with 1'' B-Ball

(qty 1) Aluminum 1.75 inch Short Length Dual 1.0 inch Socket Arm

(qty 1) Composite GoPro Camera Adapter on 1" Diameter Ball

(qty 1) Permatex Anti-Seize Lubricant (single-use pouch)

Spoke to the guys at PTUNING and I can get them delivered to your door for the following prices (product price + shipping to US + shipping to UK + VAT/TAX + shipping to your door):

OPTION 1. 370z - 2009 - 2014 excluding Nismo - PTP-EXT-15203-GOP - £69.00

OPTION 2. 370z - 2009 - 2014 Nismo edition only - PTP-EXT-15213-GOP - £79.00

OPTION 3. GT-R - 2009 - 2014 - PTP-EXT-15223-GOP - £79.00

If you're interested, please express your interest bellow. Ideally I would like to have these ordered within the next 10 days.

We need minimum 5 people to get the group buy going.

Before you ask, they don't do a 350z kit at the moment.

23mm from what I remember

So I assume that picture isn't of the 370Z kit then? The ball sockets are 1" and the bar looks about the same size, making the threaded area about M16 (I guess) which is exactly what 350's need :D

Saying that, I'm sure you can get some reducer from 370z thread to 350z. Or even get a smaller thread. Find out what thread you can find the reducers / adapters and I'll ask PTUNING what options they have.

Edit:

something like these?

Surely they do an M16x2mm threaded version? It's pretty popular in Jap motors. I'm not actually looking one BTW, just trying to open it up for everyone else who may want one :)

Just 2 left now. These can be re-cut to the 350z thread if you take it to a machine shop together with your old tow hook.

I've used the mount during the Wales weekend, it's an awesome piece of kit, the view is very nice and the mount is very sturdy.
