I remember back in 1999 when I traveled Europe only to hear Buster Merifield had died, that also was a shame. I guess it happens to us all. Thing is, David Jason isn't so much of a spring chicken anymore, and it will be a very sad day when a TV legend also passes to TV Comedy Heaven. R.I.P. Trig! coldel Posted January 16, 2014 Author Share Posted January 16, 2014 I went to the OFAH convention this year as well with Rebecca and little Alfie, David J and Nick L werent there but all the others were - got a cool photo of us in the flat set it was hard to get near some of the actors but I dont think 'Trigger' was there. Bloke (cant remember the name of the character): So why do they call him trigger, is it because he always carrys a gun?
