Oil & filter change

Hello! Got my Z on Sunday!

I need to change the oil & filter this Saturday, I am away until then so I have no access to the owners manual...

Can anyone reccomend to me as to what oil to put in the car?

Is it 5W30 Fully synthetic? (I have been reading in the forum lol)

Any brands?
