Floydbax Posted January 13, 2014 Share Posted January 13, 2014 If you are dealing with his insurance then you should not be handing the neighbour quotes, the insurance ought to be dealing with you on his behalf, has he given you his insurance company details because they will have allocated an assessor to your case who you should be dealing with it is out of the neighbours hands when the insurance company are involved?
