scobie140
The mrs has just got a face lift ix35, the lights for dipped/full beam is yellowish so doesn't fit in with the whiteness of the sidelights. I've tried lots of bulb sites but they only list bulbs for the old model. The new model is the one bulb for dipped and high beam. I popped it out and took a pic of the numbers on the bulb as thought it would be a doddle to then look up new whiter bulbs, but all I can find is the same standard bulb. Any bulb pro's able to help us out? Don't get me wrong these bulbs are amazingly bright but something a little whiter would look so much better. Cheers for any help

cs2000
Ive had a look for you and mostly just found very positivbe reviews for that bulb. The actual fitment is a 9012, same bulb used on the new astra GTC's Not sure if these are any good? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VAUXHALL-ASTRA-GTC-9012-HIR2-XENON-BULB-DIAMOND-WHITE-VXR-SRI-VX-LINE-SPORT-LE-/181291654823?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item2a35d31ea7
scobie140
The reviews for the bulb are good, its easily the brightest and best spread of light i've ever had. Just they are like older lights in respect to the colour (lower end of the kelvin range) we were just after something a bit more up the scale to keep it similar with the side lights and drl's. They were the only other bulbs i could find when looking but they just look like cheap copies so not confident they will be anygood or last very long
