Fodder
.. Just more assumptions.. “We must assume that Schumacher can lead a relatively normal life again within a short period of time." It's quoted as being from someone who was close and I would assume still relatively close but yes is not an official statement from the family or his medical team. NeilMH
John Todt doesn't strike me as someone who would say such a thing lightly ....but it does depend on how you interpret the statement, because it does also include words like "hopefully". glrnet
It sounds like something that Mr Todt really HOPES happens as I'm sure we all do but personally, the longer this has gone on the only statements I take any notice of are those made by the family. I guess so but it would be like me saying "We must assume when Grundy wakes up tomorrow the hole in the side of his engine will no longer exist." I bear no authority or power over the situation so my comment is ultimately pointless, sorry Grundy.

Oh I agree but it's more credible than something someone once said which I'm going to quote without any information as to the source. It could be and most likely is hopeful thinking on his behalf but at least he's met with the guy which is more than can be said about most of the "updates" we've seen in this thread

Will370z
That report doesn't seem too promising though will. It's criticising another report that was over optimistic about his condition.

Yes I read the other report at least this one is from hopefully a more reliable source. It shows there is at least some small progress. Lets hope it continues. Keep fighting Michael.
