Ekona
Running decats does not make a car illegal. It will not pass MOT, but that doesn't it make it illegal.
r37
as of last year if it came with cats from the factory it will fail an MOT if it does not have cats fitted at the time. However, if it passes the emissions test i cant see an MOT place failing it.

Just needs to pass the 3.5% emissions. My 300zx passed with flying colours with Decats. I have since put the cats back in as I was sick of being half deaf when driving it. Rock_Steady
the police won't be interested in that. I've got a GT4 with a straight through 2.75 blitz system. It's really loud, i.e. track days are not an option. I've never been pulled for it in 7 years of owner ship.
