ninjaz
Hi guys, I have a 2003 uk spec car with eibach springs fitted, these are great and they make the car much better looking but I'm getting a little tired of having to choose different routes because of the ride height. So I'm considering swapping these for some teins to raise the car a bit. I have done a bit of searching but I seem to find different opinions. So has anyone had both of these fitted before and which spring did you prefer performance and ride wise? I would rather stay with the eibach's if it's going to change the handling a lot, I believe the year of the car makes a lot of difference too. Thanks in advance! R35LEE
Handling wont change massively but the Eibachs are far better in my opinion. Only one way to find out Ricky
ninjaz
Thanks for the reply Lee, they are better in quality or in what way though? Iiv still got the sound of that yellow fezza in my head by the way....
R35LEE
Quality wise I'm just not a Tein fan. Im sure for springs though they will be fine:thumbs: Ferrari is for sale if your after it Ricky and the Tubi exhaust is staying on it
ninjaz
Haha thanks Lee, I will take the Ferrari if you can take monthly payments of £50 and throw in a lifetimes worth of free fuel and expenses. Surely you can't turn that down?

Ewen@Clark Motorsport
I see what Lee is saying regarding quality of some of Tein's coilovers but their springs seem very good. We found on the Evo's they gave a better ride quality than the Eibachs. We sell both for the 350Z, most go for Eibachs but I think that's more down to looks.
370Ad
Love the Teins on mine. Perfect ride height for a daily too.

SamN
It's all personal preference, IMO the drop on Eibach springs is pretty perfect. Sits nicely but not too low.
R35LEE
Eibachs are my choice too Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
Ozzy225
Run Teins also as its my daily, any lower and i dont think i would manage the mass amount of speed bumps i have in my area. Just recently fitted a V2 bumper and just scrape over them now so cant go any lower

Rock_Steady
I've had 2 sets on teins on my Celica GT-Four. When I had it imported it already had a set on, which eventually gave up. So, I bought a new set from the next generation up and one of them gave up after 3 years!!! Needless to say I paid a pretty penny for them. Maybe I was unlucky but the same shock went on the second set as the first set. Wasn't happy.
