Stutopia
I like my pioneer avh-x2500bt, it's decent if not incredible. Just be mindful of the audio out requirements for the Bose amp, if you're not changing that out too.
Briggsybriggs1
I have a pioneer bt as well love it got a reverse cam wired up to it as well its a easy mod to do when you have the center console out as well :-) Edited December 15, 2013 by Briggsybriggs1
GMballistic
Another vote for a Pioneer head unit. I believe to keep the steering wheel controls it's more to do with the wiring kit you buy rather than the head unit. Check out the guides section is my advice as it's in there somewhere I believe. Stu_2424
Yes I'm keeping the BOSE sub so will I need one audio output for this?

Stu_2424
Btw am I right on guessing that as the 2500bt has Bluetooth I won't need the BT module and cradle now? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Justthejedi
I'm getting the Pioneer 3500bt fitted next week as I am also not happy with my current single din Alpine unit . I will see what it sounds like with the Bose standard sub and maybe upgrade the sub at a later stage. Can you let me know if your's is a great improvement Stu2424? I'll let you know what I think of mine, looking to fit mid week next week.
Stu_2424
Yeah I love mine mate, Much much better than the Bose and it's nice to know I can play DVDs, stream music from phone and once I've run the cable, use my iPod etc. Built in Bluetooth works well also. gstraw
This will sound silly but where did you fit it? Did you remove the stock screen? So have you lost sat Nav in the car? I want to get a reverse camera and better sound when I get my car but seems around about £400 to get a reverse camera installed on the 2009 370z so maya swell get a compete after market unit. Stu_2424
I never had sat nav in the car mate. The HU simply replaced the oem stereo in the same place. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Did you replace your standard speakers mate? I replaced the Bose sub with an earthquake sub (same size) but now the standard speakers can't take much volume without distorting. I had the pioneer X2600 BT fitted in the end, it's a great head unit. I' m now thinking I'm going to buy an upgrade speaker package.
