Not so new owner from Essex

Recommended Posts

Hi guys,

After months of using this forum when stuck or I inevitably break something or just generally having expensive thoughts put into my head, I thought maybe its about time that i introduce myself on here.

My name is Sean, I live in Benfleet, Essex and I have owned my pride and Joy since February of this year.

After months and months of looking (and saving) I found the one! Safe to say every single second driving it has been amazing.

It's a 05 GT UK Spec in Gunmetal. It was stock when I bought it, since then i have made what I believe to be subtle but necessary modifications such as; coilovers, wheel spacers, cat-back exhaust as well as drilled brakes and new clutch / flywheel. Hopefully I'll get around to posting some pics soon.

The next biggie on the list is a SC. So no doubt I shall continue to come on here when stuck or I inevitably break something.

Thanks for reading, I look forward to getting to know more of you on here and hopefully pop down to some meets.

Hi again, thanks for the warm welcome.

It has become apparent that I have the computing ability of a squirrel and as such am struggling to upload photos. Hopefully I should have cracked it after looking on the help section, if not I apologise. Not the best pictures granted but all I have to hand at the moment ...

How I found her ...

How she sits now ... for now.

Very nice Sean. B)

In the first picture with the Rays alloys on the Zed I was going to comment why has someone put a wheel weight on the rim! :angry: Bl**dy tyre fitters as they should have used stick on ones but doesn't matter now as you've had the wheels done so hopefully that's gone. :lol:;)

@WhackyWill ~ Does a bit. :lol: She's fit though I think. :D

Yes! I can confirm the weights have been permanantly removed from the rays ... who knows why they decided to do it? Its not like its any easier or quicker surely?

Unfortunatly coming from Essex you do get assosiated with the "towie" gang ... thankfully I'm not one of them! :D

Thanks for the kind comments.
