14N
I reckon you should leave it like that Bizz. Just mount a large pair of round headlights and a radiator to the front. 1950's Hot Rod stylee
Cal
Nothing special here... Just a mega clean. The previous owner probably never cleaned the bay - it was minging! Definitely getting some red conduit, red hoses, anodised red oil cap, rad cap, paint fluid caps anodised red, and of course a polished plenum or strut with anodised red feet from Wasso! GMballistic
^^ I love supercharged Zeds soooo much!. That's how they should have left Nissan as standard. Very nice.

chirag1988
Ian where can I get similar orange hoses and pipes from? I'm slowly going to be progressing with the black and orange theme (orange being the best colour ) Do they just go over the existing pipe as a cover or are they a replacement?
14N
It's a split conduit, so it slips over the existing stuff. Available from a place called 'Boost Junkies' - they also have an eBay store.

Ceejay29
Does anybody have a decent build thread on detailing the engine bay? .....I imagine 'How to Smurfadise a Zed' would be a good start. Edited March 6, 2014 by Ceejay29

Mopedmark
Why thank you Mr Keyser but it's all going soon I have something else in the pipeline for it
Ceejay29
I really don't know where to start, a lot of time and money to invest. Curious as to how others began and which parts/areas to consider first. One thing I do know is that I will not be stripping to the extremes of Keyser!!
Keyser
Why thank you Mr Keyser but it's all going soon I have something else in the pipeline for it Shame - Can Mrs Keyser have dibs on all the purple bits you want to sell then? - she likes purple Looking forwards to seeing what comes next @ Ceejay29 Start with something simple and work your way through it a bit a time - paint the battery and fluid covers or maybe the plenum. You can get a spare plenum clean and polish or paint then 1 for 1 swap so no down time - a nice hose kit some colour matched sheathing for the cables. You don't have to go to extremes - I was doing a full car rebuild so may as well paint it while it was out Edited March 6, 2014 by Keyser
Sam Mcgoo
Not as pretty as most on here but I prefer to drive it
