R34Nigel
Hi, My car had the UpRev installed by the previous owner and before I had it the car had De-cat pipes fitted. My question is, when I refit the De-cat pipes will I need to transfer the O2 sensors from the cats or are they usually disabled when flashed? Thanks
Richf
From what I understand there are two sensors each side so four, the regular O2 ones which sit before the cat and two that sit after the cat and measure its efficiency , it's these sensors that are troublesome setting off cel lights etc and these are the ones disabled during up rev. So cats or no cats won't make any difference
Tricky-Ricky
You can actually run with the cat monitor lambdas removed even without up-rev, you will get cel but that's it, I replaced mine with wide-band sensors.
R34Nigel
I have unplugged the back two and no error lights so I guess it will be fine
