Dashurik
Bought full set Falken 453 tyres month ago(rears:275/35/19, fronts:245/35/19)..Good grip wet or dry. Personally I think these tyres are harder material than my previous ones(back: continental front: fullrun). I can feel every possible bump on the road. Also,it might be mechanical issue, noticed that its harder to control my steering wheel.May be tyres are heavier than old ones and that's reflecting my drive .Wheels were balanced when fitted but I didn't do realignment on HUnter system. IF I will be in ownership of my vehicle in few years time I will definetelly put softer tyres. Edited November 20, 2013 by Dashurik
WhackyWill
I run mine at 30 to 32 psi instead of 35 psi, makes a vast difference to the ride.

Dashurik
I run mine at 30 to 32 psi instead of 35 psi, makes a vast difference to the ride. Thanks for advise,I ll do so ,see if that will change the ride! How is your steering wheel control? Was it different feel after you fitted your new tyres ? Found mine is slightly different ! Hopefully running tyres on lower psi will sort it out..

Did it two month ago when was changing few bits on the car,but back then I was running on old tyres.Just wondering ,lowering psi on tyres won't it put more wear on them? AMT
453's all round, always had good grip from em', only if its greasy do you need to watch it doesn't slip out, front or rear. Generally they'll do you good! Generally run mine around 35 and never had any issues.
SamN
I heard a lot of bad reviews about the 453 as opposed to the 452. I've had quite a few 452s and found them great. You're right in thinking the 453s are harder but as above try letting a little air out.
tony.r123
I run 453's and find them to be excellent
cs2000
I run 453's and find them to be excellent Me too, actually run them at 36PSI. The zed just gives a hard ride all the time to be honest, noticed no ride quality change from the REO40's on before.
SamN
Fair enough, I can't comment as I haven't tried them!
