14N
As per title, I've developed a creaky / squeaky rear end. Apart from Tein springs, the suspension is pretty much OEM as far as I'm aware. It makes the noise noticably when going over speed bumps etc. I'm assuming it's bushes - are there any in particular that I should be targeting/thinking of replacing first? Cheers, Ian Edited November 20, 2013 by 14N

peteman35
I have BC racing coilovers, at first when driving the car in the cold. Thanks to my super bumpy road it does squeak alot. After driving for about a minute it all stops... Guess its just bushes moving around and as its cold they are harder than usual causing them to make funny sounds... My theory anyway Edited November 20, 2013 by peteman35

marzman
A creaking rear will be your Anti-roll bar end links.

TomLum
I had the same problem last month. Was the rear drop links easy fix
kbeast35
Drop links as others have said if it's creaking, I'm going to look at changing the exhaust mounts too as I had a new system fitted quite a bit heavier than my old one, mines more of an annoying squeak though that seems to have appeared since the system was fitted
14N
Cool, thanks kbeast. Mine definitely sounds like a tired suspension component rather than a squeaky exhaust. Looks like I'll be replacing the drop links soon then.
samsniss350z
Ian, its the rear drop links for sure, I saw a you tube clip the other day of a Zed that as soon as it moved backwards or forwards was squeaking & creaking like crazy. He replaced the drop links and it was as quiet as a church mouse. I'll see if I can dig out a link for you.
