WhackyWill
I have bought a set of Genuine Nissan LEDs from a member on here, they were fitted to an JDM import and I want to fit them to my UK 06 pre facelift, the plugs are different and don't fit Into each other, somebody said you need to shave them, cannot see where you do this. See pics. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
BulletMagnet
I remember you had to shave the connector to fit the UK lights onto a JDM. I suppose you would have to unshave them or see if you can get replacement connectors

BulletMagnet
Have you tried plugging them in one way or the other?
WhackyWill
Have you tried plugging them in one way or the other? No' because the connector's don't fit together. The one on the car is to big for the one on the lights.
jumping350
Isn't the first pic the bulb holder? What's at the other end of that wire?
KyleR
What he said ^^^ On the bottom picture, you can see 3 spaces for guides, two at the top and one double one at the bottom, it's these guides on the loom that need shaved off. I made the mistake earlier saying it was guides on the light that need shaved I think.

WhackyWill
Needs to look like this when u finished. Thanks Rod, would it not be easier just to change them for new ones from Zedmanalex . ? or can you not get a new connector.
KyleR
You could spend X amount of money on new ones, plus however long it takes to remove the wires from the original connectors. OR, you could spend 10 minutes filing them down. Did you find the connector on down from the bulb fitting?

No.
ZMANALEX
The first image is of the bulb holder which you do not use with the LED. Remove the bulb holder from the loom and plug the loom into the LED. You may have to trim if it does not fit. Alex.
