P1 (3 yr) service next week so just ordered 6 litres of Motul 300v 5w 30w from Opie Oils at £60 total delivered (with 350z club discount). Waiting to get a pm back from CS regarding EBC red stuff set of pads for £99. Anyone have his email or company tel no?

After a bit of ringing around NW london Nissan dealerships, the cheapest was once again Slough Dan Perkins.

P1 Service (supply own oil) £160 total

plus fitting front & rear pads £55 (fitting only)

Total £375, not bad for parts & London nissan labour prices

:D

Though I shan't get to excited as,

Next week:

Mot £50

Insurance £765

Road Tax: £180

Total now: £1,370  (well I suppose its one years motoring & its comparitively cheap compared to other sports cars)

Chorely Nissan (wigan branch). I don't know if its different because my car is out of warranty?

P2 equivilent was £140 ish

P3 equivilent was £180 ish.

All set prices.

Still chuffed though. I used £10 of their diesel in the courtesy car too. ;)

So in effect it only cost me £75.... :yahoo:

I was thinking about it Sarnie, Iv done em before a few times on my BMW, but Im a bit lazy & seeing as its going into Nissan anyway.

Aslo just ordered EBC redstuff set from CS at £99.99!

ps I shouldnt be complaining about spending £1,370 on the zed for the year, itl probably cost you that much for a set of wheel centrecaps for the Lambo!

Cool, i won't be doing any track work so just want a good quality oil for the road

was wondering i ought to buy some spares to top up with just in case

Check out Opie Oils latest offer - I think they were throwing in an extra litre (for top-ups) with every 5 litres sold.

I got Silkolene from them recently.

Sorry mate, but your road tax is now £300  !!!

Paid for mine a couple of weeks ago.

Big thanks to the government for that !

I actual polute more in the family 1400cc car because it does more miles.

So much for a 'green tax' hey !

My renewal came through last week at 180 quid!! This could be as it is an import, there is a little loophole I read about on here a month ago?

TAX CLASS: PRIVATE LIGHT GOODS (PLG)

Is your class same ?

mine was £180 a couple of weeks ago

Aren't only UK 06 plate cars onwards currently £300 (rising to £400 next year), i have checked for a MY05 car and its currently £205

Also imports qualify for £180 under PLG as mentioned above

AFAIK thats correct. My 03 cost £205 about a month and a half ago :)
