Jay M1988
Hey guys Well times come I've managed to get money together an now I'm looking to sell my Jdm dc2 for a 350z I'm ringing insurance this week but like advice on this car if possible http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/nissan/350z/nissan-350z-2007/1654000 Your help is appreciated
14N
Initial thoughts are there are no interior shots so may not have leather (could be a basic JDM model) and may also not have Brembo's. There maybe good tread on the tyres, but if its only covered 7k in 6 years (poor Zed) check for cracking and perishing of the tyres. A decent set of 4 boots will cost you £600-£700+ Looks clean though.
Ekona
No way of checking much from that ad, you'd need to see the car in person and have a good drive. Never seen rain is bollocks.
14N
Also, the ad title states "Nissan 350Z 2007 (2003)". Although its a 2003 car, if it was imported into the UK in 2007, it will fall into the high tax band (as per post March 2006 cars).
GMballistic
It's an import so will no doubt be more to insure. I'd want to know though what service history does it have? MOT? Tax? etc as it doesn't seem to say in the advert. Also don't get why the advert states 2007 with 2003 in brackets unless he means it was imported in 2007. Pictures do look good but they often do. It's only when you see the car in person that the flaws come out.

14N
Vehicles registered in the UK before March 2006 = £280 a year road tax After March 2006 = £490. As per my earlier post, if it was imported (and registered in the UK) in 2007, you'll face the higher tax.
