Y23DRH
Time to replace my tires on my rays alloys 350z I have the correct fitment 225-45-18 245-45-18 Cars been lowered 30mm all round and spaced out 25mm front and 30mm rear Was thinking of using 225-35-18 245-35-18 Would these be ok heard of a few traction control and abs problems etc but 45 profile seems a bit balloon tire for me ? Any help be much appreciated Edited October 16, 2013 by F4ABP

Any help be much appreciated That makes the rolling radius around 6% out which is a fair amount! If you are wanting to decrease the rolling radius you really need to increase the width buddy. 370Ad
Loads of people run a 30mm drop with wider tyres bud. It might look better but won't handle too great and you will prob get TCS issues.

Neilp
Why not just stick to the 45 profile tyre?
Chris AME
Droping the profile will also make the ground clearance less so bear that in mind, if you want 35 profile tyres you need to be looking at 19" wheels
KyleR
What rims you got? Best bet would be to drop to 40 profile on 245 fronts and 265 rears.

I agree with Kyle bud, 35's are too low for 18's, 40 profile in the sizes above would work well.
EvansJD2112
I have 225 and 245 on a 40 profile. Car is lowered by 30 with 25 rear and 20 front spacers. Works for me.
SamN
Any more pictures Evans? I've been considering dropping to a 40 profile all round but don't want more arch gap!

StevoD
Dropping both to 35 profile wont cause any more issue VDC wise than them being 45 profile it will just cause your Speedo to ready out
