Reeco
I'm just looking for opinions on the best tire gels/sprays/rubs. I'm looking to buy a decent one. I have the autoglym spray but i personally think its junk, leaves a horrible finish and has a massive throw. my friend has the Dodo juice stuff which you rub on and leave for a matte finish or buff off for a glossy finish. I'm personally leaning towards buying this as i prefer it over a spray and prefer the matte finish. but are there any other decent ones? Will370z
Autoglym was awful, used it once and binned it. Meguairs tyre gel with the applicator is brilliant, its my go to now. Friend of mine swears by olive oil though, odd choice but its supposed to work

Sam Mcgoo
I've always used, and always go back to armoural tyre foam.
Stutopia
Meg's endurance and applicator works nicely for me.

rob63
I was a big fan of the Megs Endurance when I had my Night Blue 350, when used on my white 370 I could see the 'throw' from it. Since then I've been using the Dodo Juice Tyromania and I'm very impressed with it. Zero 'throw', and as has been said you can have a matte or satin/shiny look to it...and it lasts and lasts. naz2k5
+1 on megs endurance tyre gel, however I found after a few uses with the applicator it seems to be falling apart.
ioneabee
to apply - I just use one of those kitchen sponges with the green scourer on one side (use the sponge not the scourer) one sponge will last at least 3 or 4 applications ie 12 - 16 tyres (on average)
HaydnH
I use these and so far 1 has lasted me about 15 washes (i.e: 60 tyres) and still seems like new, albeit a bit blacker than new:
Jp606
FinishKare Top Kote. Probably the best I've used, much better than the Megs IMO. Anti static, UV protectant, water proof, hydrophobic etc. very durable finish and makes the tyres look brand new.
hawker1986
+1 Megs endurance tyre gel and applicator - does a lovely job
ilogikal1
I'm surprised no one's mentioned Megs Endurance yet. Although I quite like the Eco Touch Tyre Shine too, but I'm not sure on the durability of this yet.
joefrancis04
I like the eco touch too, just bought a bottle actually!
LRF4N
Another thumbs up for megs endurance gel. Never been a fan of the sprays/foams
Reeco
Cheers for all the replies guys , looks like megs endurance is the way to go. Does it leave a matte or gloss finish?
ioneabee
in between - but if you put a lot on it will be glossy, however, you're more likely to get throw from it - use sparingly - it'll last ages
Vlad
Another +1 on megs stuff. I'm using normal washing up sponge to apply as well

:RedZed:
Another +3 for the megs (me, Lewish & fxn). Been using it for nearly 10 years, not found anything better and have tried plenty.
