MarkW Posted June 4, 2007 Share Posted June 4, 2007 Is it possible to transfer/sell a standard DVLA issued plate? My g/f has an old car she is selling next month and recons its only worth about £500. Thing is, it has a plate with '911' in it so I thought it may be valuable to a porker owner with the right initials. Having done a bit of a search, the plate may well be worth more than the car! So is it possible to sell this plate seperately, and get the DVLA to provide a replacement, or do we sell the plate and say it comes with a free car?
