D-Rage
Hi guys was looking to get some track day tyres (888's or ad08's) but as far as I can see can't get any that would fit my wheels running 19 inch 9.5 width front and 10.5 width rears I've been looking with a 35 profile to not throw the speedo out. Can anyone recommend any tyres? Cheers
rtbiscuit
It would help if you give us the Tyre sizes you want. Maxxis do a track Tyre as so a few other places.
Ekona
Pilot Sport Cups? That's what the GT3s run, so definitely available in 19". Just don't ask the price...

D-Rage
I'm guessing 245/35/19 fronts and 275/35/19 rears running 235/35/19 and 255/35/19 atm fronts have slight stretch rears have a lot. Just concerned about what would fit as my cars lowered a bit.
Ekona
As it's for track, save yourself the effort and go buy some cheap battered Rays for a few hundred quid, then shod them in standard size 888s. I wouldn't really bother considering any other setup for track, you'll end up costing yourself a small fortune for zero gain. KyleR
Good point from Ekona! Plus the 18's will be lighter, rim and rubber and cheaper tyres, offsetting the extra cost of the rays in the first place.
D-Rage
Well I'm getting a tt set up as well so want as much grip as possible at all times really so don't wanna switch wheels, just trying to figure out what would fit my current ones. Ekona
I'm like the three-legged mangy family dog that brings you your slippers. Mostly useless, but every now and then exactly what you need Edited August 23, 2013 by Ekona

Zmanalex runs around 700hp at the hubs on r888's, standard 18" sizes
Neilp
You wont have as much fun on 19's tbh. Most 19's are heavy and the car won't feel as nimble. This is from my personal experience.
Ekona
Just get some 18s. As Neil has said, you really won't be struggling for grip on those.
