tommybandit
Right, slight conundrum. I have ridiculously squealing front brakes when I apply the foot brake lightly or at slow speeds. So, I will buy new pads. My questions are: For fast road use, I was thinking EBC yellowstuff brembo. Am I in the ball park? These pads worth it? Also, do these aftermarket pads come with shims? If not, where do I get a pair from. As I want rid of the originals. Thanks guys. ! Tommy

Blimsa
For what it's worth the yellow stuff don't come with shims - rather a sticky backing for the back of the pad. I've yet to try mine on track but wanted a cheap upgrade until I replace discs to. Yellow stuff were redesigned not to long back and have been fantastic on other cars I have had so will be interested to see how mine hold up on the z on track. Neilp
yellowstuff pads are fantastic value for money. I bought mines from CS a couple of years ago and still have them. They have lots of life still left in them after a few track sessions and some fast road action! They will overheat eventually but can take a serious pounding
Neilp
I used bluestuff on track and they are amazing, wouldnt fade etc but wore quickly. I was very aggressive with them in 30 degree heat though and they never let me down.
