Removed
ok back on topic: thr Italians are taking their time updating the thread with pictures and dyno runs but they assured me they'll do it soon enough. results on the modified GT4 one: mods: Strup headers Crawford hi-flow Cats Nismo exhaust Crawford Plenum Nismo S-Tune air filter he's mounted a wideband sensor in the cubby hole together with a knock sensor led. their tuner should have done 3 maps, 1 for ul95, one for ul98 and one for ul101 (which the have in Italy) average runs are: before UTEC: 290-293 BHP at the crank and 33,7kgm torque after about 1 hour mapping, they hit 303 bhp at the crank and 35,8kgm torque. the torque curve is higher and flatter across the whole rev range, over 5800rpm it's still over 35kgm. petrol in the car was a mix of 95 and 98. so: they managed to gain 10 bhp peak and 1,8 kgm torque at 5000 rpm they gained 16-18 bhp and 2,5kgm torque AFR is finally sorted, and not too rich like it used to be. pictures and driving impressions soon, so they say SO all in all, not too bad at all I'd say
Baptist
Not bad, at least you know your gonna keep the gains and not lose them as the ECU compensates.

Removed
guys, bad news, in general for who would like ANY UTEC, anywhere http://www.my350z.com/forum/showthread.php?t=198449 I spoke to Mark, the owner he's been very apologetic, but their lack of communication throughout the whole affair is just not acceptable. So that's why they didn't have any UTECs 2 weeks ago! I told him not to expect me to try and organise anything like this again with his Company. basically they have no further date where they can firmly say they are going to have working units, hence me pulling out. If any of you guys involved had some sort of backup plan (ie sourcing the UTEcs form someone who had it in stock, think twice as it could be a faulty unit. I apologise for all this mess, but I personally have done everything possible to make this happen.
StephenG
Fair enough. Totally appreciate that this wasn't your fault Val - guess the writing was on the wall - time for a new plan. By the way... Do they get many Lancia fires, then?
Removed
lmao you have to be a comedian to spot that personally I'll be spending more money but at least I'll go with a better proven product like the Fcon V Pro (although the stuff that won't work with it is a bit scary tbh... see tech Zwiki )
