ShiftySpinks
Hi guys here for sale is a set of D2 coilovers and i am trying to recoup some money from my car before i sell it as stock. The coilovers are about 3 months old and have done between 200-400 miles on the street only so not thrashed round a track. Just to clarify it does come with box, proof of purchase for warranty and all the adjuster tops and C spanners. These coilovers made the car sit just right! D2 RACING COILOVER KIT NISSAN 350Z Z33 03-08 Has complete struts on the rear, not seperate springs. D2 Racing Sports has produced a high quality complete coil over system for our automotive needs. Giving the enthusiast the perfect coil over system which is fully adjustable with a 36 point damping adjustment, adjustable ride height, and even camber adjustability for some applications. D2 Racing Coilovers are the solution to upgrading your suspension without the hassle of having to purchasing everything separately and worrying about compatibility issues. D2 Racing Coilovers Feature: * Fully adjustable (36-way dampening(51mm shocks), and ride height) * Custom spring rates (3.5, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 18, and 22 kg/mm) * Pillow ball mounts included w/ camber plates! (where applicable) * Telflon-coated threads * Flawless CNC finish * 2 Keys for adjusting ride height * Carefully matched spring and damper rates * 1 year warranty Im looking for £500 for these collected from S****horpe but i can post. ironhide
So as these are full coilovers how do these fit on the rear? I thought that the rear strut mounts aren't strong enough to support the springs?
ShiftySpinks
I talked to D2 about that before i purchased and they assured me that the wouldnt supply something that isnt correct or suitable for the car. Thats why i made sure i went for a known brand and not an ebay special.

Massey
So what are the actual spring rates on these? I know you've said custom spring rates and stated the range but surely that's the different rates of springs that are available. Unless this kit includes 9 different sets of springs they'll only be one spring rate that you choose when buying the coilovers new (or 2 spring rates as front and rear will be different). ShiftySpinks
They have an adjuster on the strut top that has 9 settings ive never changed them from after the garage set them up but i'd presume thats how you adjust the rates
