I got through to a guy and I missed his name ( I thought I heard correctly but thought no it can't be so I carried on regardless) it started with a Z. Anyway to cut a long story short, the painful call that I thought it might be turned out saving me nearly a tenner a month and after threatening Sky with cancellation of the broadband they gave it to us for nothing and reduced the phone bill to £7.00 quid a month!! Result. I was already quite please with the guy as I had got what I wanted and he had been really helpful throughout, at the end of the conversation I asked what his name was and he says ZAPHOD!!! Yep named after Zaphod Beeblebrox from Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy!!
