Fluke
I live in a hard water area, and to help reduce water spots I used to use the 'Flash Autodry' system, but its hard to get hold of the filters now. Apart from moving house/county, does anyone have any suggestions on how to deal with hard water or know of a similar kits like the 'Flash Autodry'? Ekona
You can achieve the same result by rinsing your car with an open hose pipe, then a quick wipe off with a drying cloth. I used to use that system too, many years ago, but someone told me about the hose trick and I've not looked back since.

peteman35
+1 to the open hose, I use a drying towel and megs last touch as a drying aid.
BulletMagnet
If not an open hose, I have a watering can setting on my gun. Main thing is that you rinse your car with what is called "sheeting water", large body of water that pulls itself off the surface leaving minimal water drops behind. Then I usually just dry with towel using Megs Last Touch as a drying aid
Humpy
3 different sizes I believe http://www.theultima...-filter-12.aspx +1 probably one of the cheaper options. Im using a water softener to soften everything in the house to protect the central heating etc blah blah blah but I have 2nd outside tap which is on soft water
ilogikal1
There's plenty of options, take your pick; http://www.polishedbliss.co.uk/acatalog/aqua-gleam-350-mm-de-ionising-water-filters-cat5.html (the one mentioned above, but cheaper) http://www.raceglaze.co.uk/race-glaze/400-litre-0ppm-car-washing-filter/ http://www.waterspot-filters.co.uk/#/purchase/4557532877 Or, as also mentioned above, open ended hose, towel dry and/or drying aid for an even cheaper option.
