The Bounty Bar Kid
I put up a gazebo to clean mine but it's still way too hot for a detail. So I just washed and dried.
spursmaddave
I think the hand car wash guys wear caps in the summer, not noticed any other difference

cs2000
I just clean it in direct sunlight and deal with the heat. Oh, and spray myself with the jet washer...
choptop
Gazebo idea above is good. Personally, I just wait until it gets a bit cloudy than I clean mine
Ekona
I don't. Well, I'll do the truck in the heat (I did it this lunchtime), but I don't bother doing my cars as they'll just get covered in spots and I can't be arsed spending time chasing them. Much better to do it correctly when it's cool, then at least you've got the protection for when you can't wash it due to the weather. AliveBoy
I dance around in a mankini spraying the hose vertically to keep me cool. Bit of a soapy sponge wringing over my chest and I'm nice and chilled, car is still a mess though.

mattross1313
I washed it last night, but didnt start until around 8:45 as it was too hot and sunny. Once the car has cooled in the shade for a while its business as usual Though I do have 3 gazebos in the garage i could have just done like you BBK - top idea. Don't really fancy going to the pub by myself. All my mates are at work. Also nearest decent pub requires a bit of a trek. One hour walk to get to.
