Payco
After some wheel /rim advice please. Looking to replace my oem Rays with some RS Penta rims i have seen on the net. Specs i am looking at are 19x9.5 rear and 19x8.5 front fitted with 235/35/R19. Does this set up look ok ?. Will i need to remove my spacers?. Many Thanks Payco
14N
Is that tyre size the same all round? If so, that'll be one hell of a stretch on the rear! Probably won't do the handling any favours either. Your OEM Rays are a 245 width tyre on the rear and for an example, I have a 9.5j rear wheel with 275 tyre. The spacer question can't be answered really until you know the offset (ET). Edited July 17, 2013 by 14N
KyleR
245/35/19 front and 275/35/19 are standard sizes for 19s. I think 235/35 front and 265/35 rear also works. As said before, need the offset to know if you'll need spacers or not.

Neilp
235 on front and 275 works fine. Just allows the rear a little more slip before tcs kicks in
Neilp
The car may feel more understeery if you're on track though.
