Faraz
What are people's thoughts on this? I've got a Black zed with swirl marks and scratches. The swirls aren't too bad but i'm a bit worried about the scratches. What is the best/strongest product to use? Is ultimate compound strong enough? I'm planning to do a full detail - wash, clay, restore and polish. Thanks!
Arran
For meguaires its actually very good however I would use a two stage process using menzerna power finish and final finish

350 Russ
there was a meguiars open day a few years back, they did a demonstration using ultimate compound and quite a few members ordered some with a DA polisher so you should get a few reviews on here, try a search
Ekona
I use it across all my vehicles, and it's surprisingly effective. For the money you can't really go wrong.

cs2000
I use almost nothing but megs stuff (unless its Waxybox week) including the ultimate compound. Its really good stuff. Its not cheap, but nor is it expensive so cant complain!
Voodoo Vix
Ultimate Compound is good stuff, but you may want to test different strength pads, try a lighter one first as UC is quite abraisive, if its not strong enough then gradually work your way up to a stronger pad with more cut, its very easy to make things worse by using too abraisive products and pads.
